We regret that the handling of your shipment with Alaska Air Cargo made it necessary to file a claim. If you wish to file a claim for missing or damaged goods or for a service failure, please use the online form at right to initiate a claim. Claims not submitted through the online form below are subject to automatic denial.
Effective September 15, 2023, please expect a minimum of six weeks from the date of submitting your claim for our team to process your claim.
Upon completing the online claim form, a confirmation that your claim has been submitted will appear on the page. Please print the page for your records. If you have any questions, you can reach the Cargo Network Support group at CCSupport.Claims@alaskaair.com.
All claims must be made in writing, utilizing the claim form below, within fourteen (14) days after the date of acceptance of the shipment by the consignee.
Exceptions:
GoldStreak Guarantee
If not available for delivery within 2 hours of the flight's scheduled arrival time, the freight charges may be reduced by 50%.
Priority Guarantee
If not available for delivery within 6 hours of the flight's scheduled arrival time, charges may be reduced to the General shipment rate.
